Thank you for booking a coaching consultation session. To ensure fairness and respect for both parties' time, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all coaching sessions.

Session Fee

Each coaching consultation session is $65.00 USD and is conducted via Zoom.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before Your Scheduled Session

Clients who cancel their appointment 24 hours or more before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule their session at no additional cost.

Cancellations Within 12–24 Hours of the Scheduled Session

Clients who cancel their appointment between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for a 50% refund ($32.50 USD).

Cancellations Within 12 Hours of the Scheduled Session

Clients who cancel their appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled session time are not eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend the scheduled Zoom session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to the same terms outlined in this policy.

Technical Issues

If technical difficulties on the coach's side prevent the session from occurring, the client will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The opportunity to reschedule the session at no additional charge.

Agreement to Policy

By booking and paying for a coaching consultation session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
